Fundamental Yoga is a 45 min. class geared towards those who are just starting out on their yoga journey or for anyone who wants to re-learn the basics. Basic poses will be taught with alignment and connecting poses together. Stretching, balance and relaxing will give students the full spectrum of yoga.

Our Epic Mix class just got a little more epic with Epic Mix Plus! 45 minutes on the bikes and 30 minutes of strength training on the TRX. You'll get the cardiovascular workout your heart needs and the strength training workout your muscles are craving.
A perfect way to start your Saturday or Sunday morning! This class begins with 45 minutes of cycling and ends with either 45 minutes of all out Triple Sweat or 45 minutes of Pure TRX! Push your endurance in this long, but extremely fun, class! There is a quick 15 minute break in the middle to catch your breath and grab a quick snack if necessary. This is 25 miles of biking bliss, perfect for even beginning bikers. Traveling Palmer Park, you won’t worry about the time as this is a wonderful and very rural, blissful trail within Colorado Springs.
Cycling shorts (also known as bike shorts, bicycling shorts or a chamois) are short, skin-tight legwear designed to improve comfort and efficiency while cycling. They protect the skin against the repetitive friction of the legs against the bicycle seat or frame. They draw sweat away from the skin to prevent chafing and rashes, and to cool the rider down through the process of evaporation. Additionally, they also compress the legs, which can help combat muscular fatigue. A very useful piece of any Ryder's attire!

A complimentary 30 - 45 minute introductory class for all members and non-members. This class is by no means required, but it is a great place to start at Epic Ryde, especially if you are new to indoor cycling and TRX. Learn the basics of setting up your personal adjustments on the RealRyder bikes and learn the basics of how to use the TRX.
