This Colorado bike trail offers breathtaking scenery and a wonderful ride through 24.8 total looping miles. This is a moderate difficulty trail lasting at most four hours or less. The best time to ride this trail is during July through October for the best riding experience possible.
Exercising indoors decreases your body’s ability to cool itself down through convection (air flowing over the body). This means you sweat more and that sweat stays on your skin, creating a sauna-like environment. To replenish the water that your body is losing, stabilize your core temperature and help pump blood to those hard-working muscles, you need to hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
