EPIC STYLE - My rydes are full of variety. I enjoy sprints, climbs and a mix of turns on the bike. I like to keep the my style real and engaging. I encourage everyone in class to push outside their comfort zone, just enough to be proud.
My TRX and Triple Sweat classes are challenging and focus on a full body workout. I always give modifications, so my classes are great for all levels of fitness.
EPIC PLAYLIST - Music ranges from alternative rock to today's top hits. Music drives my rydes. It empowers my sprints and gives purpose to my climbs. Some of my favorite bands to jam to are John Butler Trio, Lady Gaga, Calvin Harris, Flo Rida, Metallica, Muse, Moby, Def Leppard and Imagine Dragons. I try to throw a song in from each genre to make everyone smile.
EPIC STYLE - I try my hardest to offer challenging classes each and every time. My goal is to teach in a way that works for both the beginner Ryder to the most advanced Ryder. I like to push the pace and incorporate longer sprints or tempo paced intervals. Not only does it make us faster for indoor and outdoor riding, but it also burns a lot of calories and greatly increases our fitness levels. I love to utlilize the movement of the bikes a couple times in each class. There's nothing better than leaning into a turn outdoors and it's magic when that feeling clicks on the RealRyder bikes.
EPIC PLAYLIST - I love finding unique songs I don't think any other instructor would have. I like to incorporate live versions of music performed at Red Rocks or other Colorado venues. Every now and then, one hardworking member walks out the door with a copy of the night's music. My epic playlist includes "I Will Wait" (Mumford & Sons), "Texas Ride Song" (Bodeans), "Brighter Than Gold" (The Cat Empire), "300 Violin Orchestra" (Jorge Quintero), "All At Once" (The Airborne Toxic Event), "2000 Watts" (Michael Jackson) and "Ocean" (John Butler Trio).
EPIC STYLEI race mountain bikes so I bring that kind of high intensity to each class. I like plenty of intervals using sprint and hill combinations. Know that you'll be breathless in my class quite often. My classes prepare you for the local mountain bike treks or the long weekend road ride with your friends. Either way, you'll be leading the pack.
EPIC PLAYLISTI have a variety of music in my class. One song will be hip-hop, the next classic rock, then I'll throw in a rap song. I aim to keep my music super motivating for the entire workout. I'll make sure you're having fun and working at your personal best at the same time; a great way to achieve your fitness goals.
My TRX class is a fun, total body workout catering to all fitness levels. I place an emphasis on form and function and modifications are always presented. Designed to flow, we'll do minimal rest as we let one muscle group recover and work another. This constant movement burns a great deal of calories and adds non-stop variety.
EPIC PLAYLISTI enjoy all kinds of music! I always choose music that is up tempo and has a good beat.
EPIC STYLEI focus on doing fun and energized threshold workouts designed to increase cardiovascular efficiency.
EPIC PLAYLISTI tend to play rock, dance hits and a little hip hop. I love variety and making sure everyone in class is working hard and having a good time.
EPIC STYLE - I teach structured and well-organized classes at an intensity to improve performance, fitness, speed, stamina and strength. I don't actively engage turns on the RealRyders, but the natural movement compliments my workouts. EPIC PLAYLIST - The best rock and roll of the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s. Beatles, Eric Clapton, Michael Jackson, Doobie Brothers and The Doors make the list.
EPIC STYLEWhether a seasoned ryder or a newbie, my goal is to push every member to work harder than they thought they could. Through intervals, long climbs, heavy hill sprints, and lots of time out of the saddle, be prepared to regret coming to class and thanking yourself that you did, all at the same time. I coach my ryders using bootcamp style cueing, motivating music, and good old fashioned humor. My class brings an inspiring group of men and women that are gluttons for punishment and love having their "tails kicked"; I promise we are the best "happy hour" crew around!
EPIC PLAYLISTI use music that forces you to move and like to play it loudly; you'll know the majority of songs I use in my classes (but can't really sing along because you have to save your oxygen :P ) as I generally pull from the top 40 list and use some of the best songs from the 90s and 2000s. I've been told I have some of the best music around, so check out one of my classes to see if you agree! My classes feature: Kanye West, Skrillex, Jon Bon Jovi, Justin Timberlake, Rihanna, Jay-Z, Coldplay, The Black Keys, David Guetta, The Crystal Method, Pitbull, Muse, Cold War Kids, and Britney Spears, just to name a few!
EPIC STYLEMy TRX class is a good, solid workout for all fitness levels. Classes focus on movements to enhance strength, balance and flexibility; however I incorporate cardio. into each 45 minute class. I will show you modifications that will allow you to achieve the most from your workout, which makes it appealing for both those just starting TRX and those looking for more of a challenge.
EPIC PLAYLISTI love old school hip hop, indie rock remixes and upbeat dance and pop songs. Some artists on my playlist include the Black Keys, Lady Gaga, Fatboy Slim and the Dandy Warhols.
Epic Style My goal when I deisgn my TRX workouts is to utlize all planes of motion and work each muscle group in various ways. I beleive in mixing up workouts to maximize performance and results as well as keeping members engaged. I incorporate various modifications allowing all fitness levels to enjoy and feel challenged in my class.

EPIC STYLEI bring passion to my rydes. I love speed, sprints and going fast. I have a lot of energy and love expressing that on the bike and in my teaching style. I enjoy a fast-paced, heart pumping workouts that keep people moving.
EPIC PLAYLIST I enjoy all genres, but my all time favorite artist is Michael Jackson. I also enjoy oldies from the 50's and 60's. Kool 105.1 is my favorite local radio station. I take pride in matching my cadence to my playlist.

With coaching and technique tips throughout the ride, I will motivate you to push yourself through a safe, effective and fun Ryde. The Colorado Trail: Kenosha Pass to Goldhill Trailhead, Jefferson, CO.
Suitable for common mountain bikes, this trail is best traveled during Summer and Fall if you are seeking the best weather and background. There are 32.9 total miles, with optional hiking if you are interested. The top elevation reaches 11,800 feet. The views are breathtaking!
As temperature and humidity increase, so does heart rate. When it’s hot, your heart has to work harder to dissipate heat and bring much-needed oxygen to working muscles. During longer and hotter workouts, we recommend you decrease exercise intensity or take frequent breaks to allow your body to cool down and give your heart a rest.
